NORWIE is a UAE-registered brand and manufacturer of premium smart home and electrical solutions. We proudly serve customers across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

7. Product Warranty & Liability

All NORWIE products are backed by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty and lifetime technical support.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, but excludes damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification.

NORWIE’s liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the product. We are not responsible for indirect damages or loss caused by product failure or installation errors.
