Refund policy
At NORWIE, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and fair — and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
Return Period
You may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 7 days have passed, returns may still be accepted at our discretion — especially in the case of defective or damaged items.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original packaging, including manuals, cables, and all included accessories
- In resalable condition
We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of installation, tampering, damage, or misuse.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply:
- Contact us at support@norwie.com or submit a request via our Support Form
- Include your order number, item(s) to return, and a short explanation
- Our team will arrange a courier pickup from your address
Please ensure the product is securely packed before collection. Courier pickup is typically scheduled within 2–4 business days of your request.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, NORWIE will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Returns are always handled through NORWIE-arranged courier partners — no drop-offs or third-party shipments are required.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- Refunds are issued in AED or your local currency equivalent, based on your payment method and country
We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, but actual transfer times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation
- Products not returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals
- Items marked as clearance, final sale, or non-returnable on the product page
If an item is returned in an ineligible condition, we may be unable to process the refund, and the product may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’re happy to arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost. Please contact our team promptly and we’ll take care of it.
