Shipping policy

At NORWIE, we are committed to delivering your smart home products efficiently and securely across the GCC region. We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. 

Shipping Times 

  • UAE: 1–3 business days 

  • Saudi Arabia: 2–5 business days 

  • Other GCC countries: 3–7 business days 
    Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. 

Order Processing 

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business day. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched. 

Shipping Partners 

We work with trusted regional courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery is coordinated through our logistics providers, and we may contact you for address verification or delivery scheduling. 

Shipping Fees 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—please refer to our homepage banners or promotional emails for current offers. 

Customs and Duties 

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We comply with all applicable cross-border regulations, but NORWIE is not liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities in your country. 

Missed Deliveries 

If a delivery attempt is missed, our courier will contact you to reschedule. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases. 

Shipment Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided link. 

Order Issues 

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@norwie.com or via our support form. We will promptly assist with replacements or resolutions.
